Now I am an M.Sc. student in theoretical computer science at the St. Petersburg University of the Russian Academy of Sciences. My scientific interests are
- Real algebraic geometry, semialgebraic geometry, o-minimal geometry, etc.
- Algebraic geometry in a broad sense
My advisor in St. Petersburg is Dmitrii Pasechnik (Nanyang Technological University).
At the end of spring term 2012, I am defending my M.Sc. thesis A Bound on the Betti Numbers of Semialgebraic Sets Defined Over Quadratic Maps.
Next academic year I am moving to the ALGANT Master programme (Università degli studi di Milano + Université Paris-Sud 11).
